Testing
As part of the application process, all students are administered a placement test measuring skills and knowledge in math, reading comprehension, and written language.
Once accepted, students at OCS in grades Kindergarten through 12th grade participate in standardized testing throughout the year. Please see the table below for more information regarding specifics. We are pleased that our students perform steadily at or above national norms across all grade levels, with many of our students performing well above national norms.

Optional Testing
Odessa Christian School encourages students to take AP and CLEP exams for college credit in high school.
(Note: It is the student's responsibility to confirm their intended college/university will accept AP/CLEP credit.)
