2019 - 2020 Tuition and Fees

Registration, tuition, technology, field learning/trips, and the curriculum and activity (CA) fees are required annually. Registration is paid at the time of application (please see below for rates). Tuition is paid either annually or in monthly installments. 

 

The CA fee is due within 10 days of acceptance, and before attendance. The CA fee covers textbooks (consumable paperbacks, curricular worksheet/activity materials, and hardcover rentals), online subscriptions, annual standardized achievement testing materials and scoring fees, student accident insurance, online gradebook access, and general classroom supplies. The CA fee is not pro-rated for partial school year attendance.

 

The technology fee is due 6/3/19; in cases where students are accepted after this date, this fee is due in full prior to attendance. The tech fee covers Chromebook rental, management tools, antivirus, and other technology tools for students in grades Kindergarten through 2nd for use at school. Chromebooks used at school will not go home.

 

Students in grades 3 through 8 must bring their own Chromebook to school daily. Device requirements include Wi-Fi connectivity, ability to keep a charge for 5 hours, and ability to have an OCS-issued email address for Google Classroom and other functions.

Please note: Registration, CA and all other fees are non-refundableTuition for any month a student has attended, even if for only a portion of the month, is non-refundable. Tuition paid in full is refundable per the policy stated in the handbook and parent covenant.
