2025-2026 Tuition and Fees

The registration fee, tuition, field learning/trips, fundraising fees, and the curriculum and activity (CA) fee are required for enrollment at OCS. Registration is paid at the time of application (please see below for rates) prior to shadowing and/or admissions testing, or, for returning students, at re-enrollment. Tuition is paid either annually or in monthly installments. The CA Fee is due in full upon acceptance to secure a student’s place on the roll.

The CA fee is an annual fee that helps cover curriculum, online subscriptions, annual standardized achievement testing materials and scoring fees, student accident insurance, online school management platforms, activities, and supplies.

Students in grades 2 through 5 must have their own Chromebook for school. Students in grades 6-8 must also have their own device to bring to school, and can be a Chromebook, PC, or Mac (no phones, iPads, or tablets). Students in grades 9-12 must have a PC or Mac because College Board exams are fully digital and do not allow for personally-owned Chromebooks. Every student’s device must be able to connect to Wi-Fi and hold a 5-hour charge. 

Please note: Registration, CA and all other fees are non-refundable. Tuition for any month a student has attended, even if for only a portion of the month, is non-refundable. Tuition paid in full is refundable per the parent covenant.
